are working with an established iGaming operator based in London. They are looking for a UX Designer to join their growing product design team. This role would join the global based team where the successful candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced and exciting environment.Job Purpose:
As a
UX Designer , you will collaborate with the client''s UX Manager and be expected to contribute to all aspects of design and execution including pitching ideas, conducting interviews, creating wireframes, prototyping, and partnering with developers to implement your vision. You will take a critical look at the products you work on and propose solutions that provide the best user experience.Responsibilities
Identify design problems, prioritise and design proposals for solutions based on your experience and understanding of good UX design.Conduct research, map customer journeys and define requirements.Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that are functional and visually appealing.Iterate quickly based on user feedback, analytics, and team input.Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical feasibility.Contribute to and leverage design systems and style guides to maintain consistency.Present design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders and teammates.Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ship high-quality features.Requirements
Experience working in a web-based company and understanding how workflows fit within to deliver best-in-class websites.3+ years of relevant experience in designing user experiences and building products; experience in a startup, tech company and/or agile environment is a plus.Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and end-to-end design.Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design and accessibility standards.Experience using data/analytics to influence designs.Understanding of business strategy and following UX design best practices.Proficiency in Figma.Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills.What they offer
