This role combines customer service, project coordination, administration, and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building strong client relationships, and keeping projects running smoothly.Day-to-day of the role:Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.Coordinate project workflows from initial enquiry through to completion.Prepare and maintain project documentation, work instructions, and supporting administrative records.Create and issue customer quotations using established pricing structures.Monitor project schedules and ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved.Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects are progressed efficiently.Track project updates and communicate any changes or delays to customers.Support procurement and stock management activities where required.Assist with planning and coordinating resource requirements for ongoing projects.Attend regular team meetings and contribute to workload planning and prioritisation.Provide general administrative support across the business as required.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience within a client ..... full job details .....
