They are one of the UK''s largest privately owned property investment and development firms, having completed some of the largest and most complex UK property deals, building a £9 billion portfolio.Due to continued growth, they are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is recently qualified or early in their career post-APC. This role offers the opportunity to work within a diverse team with market-leading experience in strategic management of large portfolios, including strategy work, valuations, property disposals (ranging from £100k to £100m UK-wide), and progressing planning applications for optimal use prior to sale or development (residential and commercial), including direct development. The role also involves supporting their sister company in JV projects with major housebuilders.Your new roleThey are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work alongside the Senior Commercial Manager (SCM).
