Job Description
As part of a small team, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a generalist and primary advisor to the Technology, Risk and Compliance, Legal, and Company Secretary functions. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor, supporting HR initiatives aligned with the company''s vision, values, and regulatory responsibilities.
Build trusted relationships across all levels to foster a high-performance culture and effective leadership.
Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies supporting business objectives.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, advising managers to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with the HR team on projects related to DEI, wellbeing, and engagement.
Coach managers on employee lifecycle activities, including performance, compensation, and recruitment.
Support recruitment processes to ensure timely and fair hiring.
Foster a culture of trust and transparency with stakeholders.
Guide managers through complex employee challenges such as performance issues, restructuring, or operating model changes.
Lead initiatives to enhance change management and team effectiveness.
Qualifications
Degree-level education or equivalent.
CIPD or related qualification is desirable.
Experience in financial or professional services.
Proven experience working with multiple client groups and senior stakeholders, including ExCo level.
Experience managing the full employee lifecycle and cyclical HR activities.
