Our client is looking for a practical, hands-on individual who can maintain existing health and safety standards, manage compliance documentation and support day-to-day HandS activities. This is not a business transformation position. The focus is on maintaining effective systems, supporting employees and management, and ensuring ongoing compliance. Key Responsibilities Maintaining and updating health and safety policies, procedures and documentation. Preparing and reviewing workplace risk assessments. Supporting internal and external ISO audits. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation. Coordinating employee training, toolbox talks and safety briefings. Maintaining training records and compliance documentation. Providing practical HandS advice to management and employees. Conducting workplace inspections and identifying potential hazards.
