Job Title: Maintenance and Cleaning Operative Location: Wigan (WN2)Pay Rate: 13.23 p/hrHrs : Monday - Friday 07:00-15:30hrs Contract: Temp - PermanentThe Company Our client provides portable cabins and modular offices for temporary, semi-permanent and permanent use to a huge variety of industries, including the construction and education sectors.We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance and Cleaning Operative to assist in the assembly, basic maintenance, and cleaning of the units prior to them going out for hire.As the Maintenance and Cleaning Operative, your duties will be: Cleaning of units and fittings internally and externallyBasic painting of cabin exteriors with roller and/or brush.General maintenance skillsAssembly and cleaning of furnitureThe removal of internal fittings prior to worksTo work closely with, and assist trades people in all aspects of maintenanceThe ideal Maintenance and Cleaning Operative will hold the following skills and experiences: Any experience with a trade or good DIY skills would be advantageous.Excellent team playerA good attitude and work ethicA willingness to learn new skills
