- Coach and support managers to build bold, human, high-trust teams. Whether its 1:1 coaching or supporting on team dynamics, youll help our managers lead with confidence, empathy and a little bit of Virgin flair.
- Working hand-in-hand with a passionate crew, youll help design and deliver initiatives that energise our people and build a connected culture.
- Use data and insight to inform decisions and drive better outcomes. Colleagues will turn to you for trusted support on all things people and youll respond with clarity, care and practical solutions that make a difference.
- From hallway chats to high-stakes projects, youll embody and amplify what makes Virgin special helping others do the same.

: London hub (2 to 3 days per week depending on whats occurring) and your home spaceSalary
