Your new companyA growing and forward-thinking business with offices in Bury St Edmunds.Your new roleThis is a 12-month maternity cover working as an HR Business Partner, being responsible for an effective and customer-focussed HR Service. You will form part of a dedicated and proactive HR team that is visible and embedded in the business, based in Bury St Edmunds with 1 day a week flexible working and some possible regional travel. Duties include but not limited to: Delivering the People Plan alongside business leadersWorking closely with employees to implement people plans locallyPerformance management and policy implementationCo-ordinating and managing employee engagement activity in the regionWorking with the Senior Managers to drive up line management capability and ownership of people managementWorking with leadership teams to facilitate succession planning and coachingHelping to drive performance across the business through MIInitiating, leading and supporting HR projectsFacilitating the recruitment and assessment process for roles in the business areaWhat you''ll need to succeedTo succeed in this job you will require:CIPD Level 5 or equivalentDeveloping and managing change programmesStrong relationship management skills with the ability to engage with, and influence a range of stakeholdersReporting and providing insightPolicy implementation, performance management, and employee relationsConfidence in dealing with contentious issues, using professionalism and confident
