Aspire People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join us very soon on a FLEXIBLE basis in the Scunthorpe area.Our schools are looking for a person/s to provide effective support to their pupils across the full primary curriculum on a day to day and long-term basis.There are currently multiple opportunities available on both a full and part-time basis and if required may include elements of 1-1 support depending on needs.Key Responsibilities: Provide classroom support to teachers, including assisting with lesson preparation and delivery. Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted support and intervention. Help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment. Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials and managing classroom resources. Support students with special educational needs and adapt activities to meet their requirements. Supervise students during break times, outings, and other activities as needed. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their development and well-being. Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is essential within the UK.
