Chef De Partie - The Sole BayThe Sole Bay is nestled in the corner of East Green, tucked right underneath the iconic Southwold lighthouse and overlooks our Brewery and Distillery. We serve a seaside inspired menu with lots of local seafood and pub classics and showcase an array of cask beers, kegged and bottled beers.We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our team with previous experience of working in a similar environment. We encourage our chefs to explore all sections of the kitchen to enhance their knowledge and personal development where you will learn different aspects of the kitchen sections including hot / cold Section, larder, sauce and butchery.As Chef de Partie you will support management of stock and monitoring of wastage as well as providing an input in the planning and implementation of menu ideas.This is a pivotal role within the kitchen brigade and we are seeking a Chef De partie that enjoys using local produce who will deliver to a consistently high standardFlexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
