Requirements of working as a Learning Support Assistant:Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.An enhanced DBS certificate and the right to work in the UK.A Cache / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desireable.
