Main Responsibilities include:

• First point of contact for all HR related queries for this site
• Supporting ER-
• Stakeholder engagement - building relationships
• Training & development support
• End to end recruitment - from creating job specs/ adverts - to interview - to offer, onboarding, hr administration, referencing and compliance
• HR reporting

Previous experience:

• Previous experience as an HR or Recruitment Administrator
• Recruitment & onboarding, compliance & training
• Employee engagement-
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build trust and strong relationships
