Role BackgroundThe role sits within the Internal Planning Unit, reporting into the Head of the Asset Strategy Team. The Asset Strategy Team is responsible for:Developing Asset Strategy for the department and leading the Asset Sale Program.Preparation of Axe List for the department.Monitoring and managing the departments pipeline of transactions to ensure no limit or budget breaches.Development of profitability improvement initiatives.Representing the department in numerous Bank wide projects. Purpose of the Role:Take an active role in the various projects undertaken by the team to transfer assets through asset sales arrangementSupporting the team with day-to-day responsibilities of engagement with buyers, agents etc.Taking necessary internal process of credit applications,
