Assistant Production Manager We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager to join a very well established team. Our client is a global leader in the food manufacturing industry. This is a great opportunity, offering stability and the chance to grow within an expanding company. This will be a very hands on role working on the shop floor.This will be a temp perm role for the right candidateResponsibilities and Duties: Lead and manage team leaders and over see the shopfloor staff Set and manage production targets Work collaboratively with other Team Leaders and Shift Managers for smooth operationsSupport team development through training and upskillingConduct safety and food safety investigations as neededManage team performance through regular reviews and support improvement initiativesResponisble for issuing and making sure production plans are met Organize staffing to cover holidays and absences effectivelyOversee daily and weekly staffing, performance and KPI s Experience Required : Must have a Minimum of 2 - 3 years Experience in a Production Management Role Experience in a production or manufacturing environmentPrevious leadership experience in a similar role Hours of work : - Monday Friday 7.30am- 17.00pmPay Rate £19 plus per hour depending on Experince If you are available immediately please apply on line in first instance
