The role will involve: Safely operate a 7.5T vehicle to transport goods and deliver to customer homes. Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries. Load and unload cargo, some assembly work will be required but training will be provided. Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage and fuel consumptions. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintanence tasks. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Requirements: Previous experience as a 7.5T Driver or similar role is preferred. The ability to work under own initiative and be flexible in your approach. Excellent communication skills and good customer service. Ensure all correct PPE is in good order and used at all times. 7.5T or Class 2 licence for more than 1 year due to insurance purposes. Valid CPC and Digi Tacho. Ability to navigate using GPS or maps. Physical fitness for heavy lifting and loading/unloading cargo. Does the above sound like you?
