Working across a portfolio of prestigious commercial and high-end residential developments, you will provide full quantity surveying services from project inception through to completion.This role offers exposure to high-profile projects, a collaborative team environment, and excellent long-term career progression opportunities.Key Responsibilities Delivering pre and post-contract quantity surveying services. Cost planning, budgeting, and estimating throughout all project stages. Preparing tender documentation and managing procurement processes. Contract administration and commercial management. Producing valuations, cost reports, and managing variations. Identifying and mitigating commercial risks. Providing value engineering advice to clients and project teams. Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted commercial advisor. Supporting the successful commercial delivery of projects from inception through to completion.Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
