We are seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing to lead a sizeable manufacturing operation and drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, efficiency and people development. This is a highly visible leadership role where you''ll spend time on the factory floor, working closely with managers and team leaders to ensure customer demand is delivered while continuously improving operational performance. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day manufacturing operation, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest quality standards. Six Sigma qualification or equivalent continuous improvement experience would be advantageous. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing a manufacturing team of approximately 100 employees. Driving productivity, throughput and labour utilisation improvements. Reducing overtime dependency through effective workforce planning. Identifying and eliminating waste, scrap and recurring operational issues.
