Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute Paid Search and Paid Social campaignsMonitor performance daily, improving KPIs and scaling what worksProduce clear, insight-led reports-not just raw numbersWeekly calls, monthly reviews and quarterly planningBudget pacing, forecasting and performance improvementDeliver recommendations that improve ROINurture client relationships and manage expectationsFacilitate renewals, campaign transitions and onboardingSupport in identifying upsell opportunities where appropriate Ideal Candidate:Minimum 3+ years hands-on Paid Search experience (Google Ads essential)Experience managing Paid Social campaigns (Meta ideally)Confident managing clients independentlyStrong knowledge of reporting, analytics and optimisation logicOrganised, proactive and commercially awareComfortable working across multiple accounts simultaneously Highly Beneficial:Google Ads certificationsExperience with ecommerce or performance-based
