I am currently recruiting for a Freelance Mid/Senior Designer on behalf of a well established commercial interiors and workplace fit out company.This is an excellent opportunity for a strong all round designer who can confidently lead and run projects from concept through to delivery. The role is suited to someone with a creative background who is comfortable working directly with clients, managing design processes and driving projects forward within a fast paced environment.The successful candidate will not necessarily be heavily technical but must be fully proficient in Revit and capable of overseeing projects independently.Key Responsibilities:Lead workplace and commercial office design projectsManage projects from concept through deliveryClient facing meetings and presentationsSpace planning and workplace strategyCoordination with wider delivery and consultant teamsDesign development and material selectionSupport project delivery throughout construction phasesRequirements:Experience within commercial workplace interiors / office fit outStrong project running capabilityRevit proficiency is essentialExcellent communication and client facing skillsCreative design backgroundAbility to work autonomously within a fast paced environmentCandidates from both DandB contractors and consultancy/interior design backgrounds will be considered.
