We are now looking for a Technical Account Manager to join the Technical Team on a 12 month fixed-term contract in Greater Manchester. This is a fully site-based role in a fast-paced, modern manufacturing operation with strong environmental credentials. About the role of Technical Account Manager Managing a small team, responsible for technical issues resolution, product delivery / new launches and maintaining customer satisfaction. Overseeing food safety, and regulatory compliance, whilst managing the implementation of the BRC Global Standard and preparing for audits. Integrating and Monitoring supplier approval systems, compliance and risk management tools. Championing continuous improvement initiatives Authoring and review of technical documentation Carrying out and managing the internal audit program and investigating deviations from specification, including proactively reducing customer complaints Key contact ..... full job details .....
