Supplier Partnerships Manager - Hybrid
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supplier Partnerships Manager to join our client s friendly team. The role is full time and hybrid, although there is a requirement to work from the Doncaster office at least one day a week.The RoleAs Supplier Partnerships Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high quality learning solutions through a trusted network of external partners.This position is all about relationships, people leadership and service delivery and you ll work collaboratively with suppliers, internal teams and clients to ensure strong partnerships, positive outcomes and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and support a team of Associates, fostering a positive and collaborative cultureBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external suppliersAct as a senior escalation point, resolving issues with a calm, solution focused approachManage supplier performance through regular reviews, feedback and quality conversationsIdentify opportunities to improve services, partnerships and ways of workingHorizon scanning for new ideas, partners and learning solutionsWork cross-functionally to support growth and new initiativesEnsure supplier data, pricing and records are accurate and up to dateLead commercial discussions in a fair, balanced and relationship led way About YouYou re a people focused leader who enjoys building strong partnerships and helping others do their best work.
