This role focuses on order processing, supplier setup, data maintenance, and general office-based tasks to support day-to-day procurement activities.Key ResponsibilitiesRaise, update, and receipt purchase ordersSupport order processing and buying administrationSet up new suppliers and maintain supplier recordsUpdate pricing and master data within procurement systemsRun standard reports and support data input and accuracyRespond to internal enquiries and support the wider teamAssist with general administrative and office-based tasksSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in an administrative or office-based roleComfortable learning systems and following established processesGood working knowledge of Oracle (or similar ERP systems)Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, TeamsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAble to pick up tasks quickly when trainedReliable, flexible, and team-focusedGood communication skillsConfident handling routine administrative tasks
