The Role In this role you will be the main 1 to 1 support for a child who is in their final year of nursery before starting school and is currently supported in a quieter, individual space. While highly able, the child experiences significant sensory aversion to peer interaction. The setting is working carefully and thoughtfully to support a gradual transition into shared learning and social interaction with other children.This role would suit a strong graduate or experienced practitioner with a solid understanding of SEND, particularly sensory processing needs, who can provide consistent, calm, and responsive support during afternoon sessions.
