This is an opportunity to become one of the first key hires in a new office, giving you genuine influence over its growth while working on a varied portfolio of mechanical and life safety projects across the UK. Whilst experience delivering sprinkler projects would be highly advantageous, candidates from wider mechanical building services backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. The Role Managing mechanical projects from inception through to completion. Coordinating labour, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Supporting commercial and programme delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Opportunity to gain exposure to pre-construction activities and progress into that function over time. Requirements Experience managing mechanical projects.
