As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and resettling individuals, taking on a diverse range of tasks that help restore and rebuild lives.Ideal candidate must drive their own car and have relevant experience and people s approach.The role is temp to perm, 12 first weeks will be completed through an agency, and will be counted as probation period.You will play a key role in the support and resettlement of clients/residents, covering a wide variety of tasks that contribute to fixing broken lives.You will come into contact with people facing multiple and complex barriers including homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, offending behaviour and unemployment.
