A company van and fuel card will be supplied.Key Responsibilities Brickwork repairs and repointingSlab laying, paving and fencing repairsConcrete and drainage repairsGroundworks including excavation and reinstatementCarrying out general multi-trade repair works where requiredWorking within occupied social housing properties and communal areasEnsuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirementsProviding excellent customer service to tenants and clients Requirements Proven experience as a Groundworker and BricklayerExperience working within social housing or domestic repairs environment preferredAbility to carry out multi-trade works beneficialFull UK driving licence requiredCSCS card preferredGood communication and customer service skillsAble to work independently and manage workload effectively What We Offer ..... full job details .....
