Job overview: Working as a valuable member of a small, busy and supportive function, you will contribute to the provision of a comprehensive and effective
professional payroll and pension service. This position is also responsible for maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with tax and legislative laws, and assisting with payroll related employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time
- Administration of payroll documentation
- Responding to emails
- Monthly processing of payroll for all staff
- Preparation of pension files ready for audits
- Updating salary lists for Teaching and Non-Teaching staff
- I-Trent is desirable not essential
