This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded and hands-on marketing professional who enjoys having ownership of their work and seeing campaigns translate into real business results. You ll take the lead on the company s marketing activity, developing and delivering campaigns across digital and traditional channels, supporting business growth and managing a small marketing team. This is a fully office-based position, Monday to Friday, 8:45am 5:15pm. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, PR and other marketing communications. Managing PPC activity, lead generation campaigns and monitoring campaign performance. Analysing marketing data and results to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Conducting competitor and market research to support commercial decision-making. Developing the company s brand presence and ensuring consistent messaging across channels. Leading, supporting and developing a small marketing team. Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider business objectives.
