Up to £55k Basic North London/Hybrid Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Broker Relations Drive inbound enquiries to maintain high occupancy levels. Manage broker portals by updating pricing, availability, and imagery. Nurture broker relationships through regular outreach and platform updates. Track lead sources to optimize marketing spend and ROI. Digital Marketing and Advertising Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility. Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social. Direct external agencies handling technical SEO and ad performance. Maintain social media profiles with consistent, engaging content. Offline and Direct Marketing Coordinate offline advertising including local signage and print media. Execute email mailouts to brokers, prospects, and current tenants. Create sales collateral such as digital brochures and site floorplans. Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints. Events and Community Engagement Plan networking events to attract local brokers and businesses.
