Part Time 4 Days Per WeekEscape Recruitment and recruiting for our client based in Fife, an established and growing business recruit a Customer Services Administrator on a permanent basis.This role is based onsite working 4 days per week, flexibility can be provided around start and finish times depending on preference.You will act as a key point of contact for customers across Scotland, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered smoothly, while also supporting new enquiries and ongoing sales activity.Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customersProcessing orders accurately and coordinating deliveriesFollowing up on enquiries and supporting new customer accountsPromoting new products and seasonal offersLiaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experienceKeeping records up to date and identifying opportunities to improve processesBackground Required:Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, telesales and/or order processingConfident and professional communicator, comfortable on the phoneWell organised, accurate and proactiveComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlinesCompetent using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
