This is a key support role that requires high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively manage multiple complex diaries across global time zones, anticipating needs and resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently.Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, in line with company policy.Handle all incoming calls
