Health and Safety Advisor required for an established and growing specialist tower crane business to support its operations across the UK and internationally. This is an excellent opportunity for a Health and Safety professional with a strong background in tower cranes and lifting operations to join a well-established organisation involved in major construction projects. The role will primarily cover projects across London and the South East, with occasional travel to Scotland and overseas. Our client is looking for a practical, proactive and knowledgeable individual who understands the challenges of tower crane operations and can work closely with operational teams to maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities Reporting into the Health and Safety Director, you will; Provide Health and Safety advice and support across multiple tower crane projects. Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and compliance assessments. Monitor safe working practices associated with tower crane erection, climbing, operation, maintenance and dismantling. Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), lifting plans and associated safety documentation. Ensure compliance with LOLER, PUWER and relevant industry standards. Work closely with crane managers, appointed persons, lifting teams, site management and principal contractors.
