To £27k + commission 25 days holiday + BH Hybrid Role: WFH 1 - 2 days p/w Early finish Friday s We re looking for a bright, confident and highly motivated Trainee Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our team of experienced Recruiters and Resourcers to supply permanent and temporary recruitment services to customers within the Manufacturing and Engineering sectors. This is an entry-level trainee role, working directly under our Delivery Team Lead and supporting the wider delivery team. You ll learn how recruitment works from the ground up, speaking with candidates, supporting live vacancies, using recruitment technology, and helping keep candidates and customers updated throughout the process. This is not a cold sales role. It s a delivery focused position for someone who wants to learn, work hard, communicate well and build a career in recruitment.
