The role involves travelling to client locations, providing hands-on support, and ensuring a smooth transition for end users.Key Responsibilities:Perform on-site Windows 11 upgrades on desktops and laptops.Provide first-line technical support to end users during and after upgrades.Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating where necessary.Install and configure applications, ensuring compatibility with Windows 11.Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and upgrade progress.Adhere to security, compliance, and organisational IT standards.Skills andamp; Experience Required:Proven IT support or field engineering experience.Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.Experience with troubleshooting hardware/software and basic networking.Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.Ability to work independently across multiple sites.Valid NPPV3 security clearance (mandatory).Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across Exeter, Plymouth, and Dartmouth.Desirable:Experience with OS deployments and upgrade projects.Familiar
