About the Roles As a Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support tailored to each resident''s needs, preferences and goals. You will help residents develop their independence, take part in meaningful activities and maintain their wellbeing. As an Acting Senior Support Worker, you will carry out these responsibilities while also leading shifts, supporting colleagues and helping ensure that care is delivered safely and consistently.
