D365 Advanced Warehousing Principal Consultant – Columbus Birmingham, England, United Kingdom. Home-based with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required.Responsibilities
Take ownership of complex D365 Advanced Warehousing projects, guiding solutions from concept to go-live.Lead scoping sessions, influence design and architecture, and ensure delivery meets high standards.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping optimise finance operations and realise long-term value.Coach and mentor consultants, contribute to best practices, and help grow the team''s capabilities.Work across industries, collaborate with colleagues, and shape your career using opportunities in thought leadership, solution design, or strategic consulting.Support travel to client sites and hybrid working arrangements; on-site time planned in advance, with flexibility around project requirements.What You Will Need (Essentials)
Experience implementing D365 Advanced Warehousing modules within a customer or partner environment.Knowledge of Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing, and Life Science industries.Ability to deliver complex ERP projects with a referenceable customer.Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Level stakeholders as a trusted advisor.Experience leading and guiding a team, serving as a primary customer contact beyond a core functional area.Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.Curiosity, willingness to challenge the status quo, and drive for improvement.Strong collaboration with internal and external colleagues.Commitment to personal development and becoming a trusted advisor in your field.What We Can Offer
