Project Manager

We''re working with a well-established contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a commercial construction project in Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial construction background and experience managing projects involving cladding, steel frame construction, and internal fit-out packages. You will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing programme delivery, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
• Strong commercial project background
• Experience delivering cladding, steel frame, and internal fit-out works
• Ability to manage project programmes, budgets, and subcontractors
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
