We are recruiting an experienced Events Manager to lead large-scale, revenue-driving corporate events across Europe.This senior role will manage the end-to-end delivery of Conventions, Incentive Trips, Retreats and Hybrid/Digital Events, ensuring commercial impact, budget control, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver the European events strategy and annual business planFull project management from concept to post-event analysisManage budgets, forecasting, supplier negotiations and RFP processesLead venue sourcing, production, on-site event management and show-callingDeliver measurable ROI, revenue growth and community engagementLine management of Events team member(s)Required Experience:5+ years'' experience in corporate event managementProven delivery of large-scale international events Strong commercial acumen and financial managementExperience in B2C, direct-to-consumer, network marketing or high-growth environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and leadership skillsWillingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced, international organisation offering strong visibility and career progression.
