Our client is seeking an Electrical Supervisor/AP for a contract opportunity within the water and bioenergy sector. The role involves supervising electrical activities and supporting the safe and efficient operation of bioenergy facilities, with particular emphasis on electrical switching procedures.Key Responsibilities:Supervising electrical works across water and bioenergy facilitiesCarrying out and overseeing electrical switching activities in line with approved proceduresEnsuring electrical systems are operated safely and efficientlyCo-ordinating with site teams, contractors and project personnelMonitoring electrical works to ensure compliance with relevant safety and technical standardsSupporting the management of site documentation, permits and switching recordsIdentifying electrical issues and contributing to effective solutionsJob Requirements:Experience working as an Electrical Supervisor, Authorised Person or in a similar electrical positionPractical experience with electrical switching and isolation proceduresStrong understanding of electrical safety within industrial, water or bioenergy environmentsAbility to supervise electrical works and coordinate site activities effectivelyUnderstanding of electrical permits, risk assessments and safe systems of workStrong communication and decision-making skillsRelevant electrical qualifications and authorisation to undertake switching dutiesCommitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety and complianceContract ..... full job details .....
