The Role: As a senior property manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex residential developments, including high-rise and mixed-use buildings. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing day-to-day operations, compliance with the Building Safety Act, financial management, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of complex residential sitesConduct regular site inspections and ensure high standards of maintenanceHandle resident queries, issue resolution, and contractor managementEnsure compliance with the Building Safety Act (BSA), including: Maintaining/contributing to the Golden ThreadSupporting Safety Case ReportsMonitoring Fire Risk AssessmentsLiaising with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) Oversee on-site staff and third-party contractorsPrepare and manage annual service charge budgetsLead or support Section 20 consultations and major worksBuild strong relationships with RMC/RTM directors, leaseholders, and freeholdersAttend AGMs and board meetings (some outside standard hours)Maintain accurate records and produce management reportsCollaborate with intern
