Working as part of the Residential Property team, you''ll provide hands-on secretarial and administrative support to conveyancing fee earners, helping to keep residential property transactions progressing smoothly from initial instruction through to completion. The role will include: • Opening, maintaining and closing conveyancing files • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties • Preparing correspondence and legal documentation • Providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to fee earners • Managing diaries, appointments and key deadlines • Updating client and matter information • Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion • Handling telephone and email enquiries • Supporting the wider Conveyancing team as required What are we looking for?
