Account Manager (SMB)

About the role As the leading provider of creative products, services, and support in the UK, Jigsaw24 is looking for a Media and Entertainment (MandE) focused SMB Account Manager to join the team and deliver growth through the remainder of 2025 and beyond. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in selling both video and audio solutions, as well as having the capability to work with both existing clients and develop new relationships. With the current development of new technologies and focusing on our whole portfolio, especially the media portfolio, the Account Manager will have the ability to learn more about those solutions and deliver them into an existing customer base. Reporting to the Head of SMB Sales, you will drive commercial success through understanding the market, account management/development, and driving growth by selling current and future relevant services and solutions. Positioning Jigsaw24 as the Expert IT Partner and the go-to" industry leader in providing media-specific services and solutions. Key duties and responsibilities are: A track record of overachieving targets in selling both products and services into the MandE market, targeted against gross profit. Growing existing accounts and developing net new opportunities for Jigsaw24. Work with the Head of SMB Sales, and wider Account Management team cohesively to deliver a collective message, whilst also having the experience to be independent where required.
