Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage stock across warehouse and dealer networks to maintain optimal availabilityControl all inventory activity, including stock movements and reconciliation within ERP systemsReview daily cycle counts with third-party logistics providers, investigating and resolving variancesMaintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, adjustments, and write-offsPartner with Quality teams to quarantine faulty goods and coordinate returns to reverse logistics sitesPerform monthly virtual stock reconciliations between internal systemsWork with Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies identified through virtual checksAnalyse ageing inventory monthly to support demand planning and sales reportingComplete marketplace and specialist channel stock checks and release stock for ordersAssign stock to virtual locations in ERP systems upon warehouse receiptLead monthly reviews with operations and finance teams to identify stock at risk or pending disposalProvide ad-hoc support to the wider UK teamPersonal AttributesExperience in supply chain or inventory administrationUnderstanding of logistics, warehousing, and planning processesERP system experience preferred, with strong inventory management knowledgeStrong analytical capability with advanced Excel skillsExcellent problem-solving and attention to detailHighly organised, able to prioritise wor
