Job SummaryWe are looking for an innovative and creative digital communications professional to drive improved access to key content for colleagues, service users, and external stakeholders, ensuring they can easily stay informed about what''s happening across SYNLAB UK and I and our individual hospital businesses. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues at all levels, supporting the team responsible for delivering and amplifying both internal and external content and engagement activity across SYNLAB UKandI. You will take ownership of producing high-quality content and maintaining a variety of digital channels and tools that help us communicate clearly, consistently, and with engaging impact.Duties include: Develop and maintain SYNLAB''s digital channels, including the intranet, website, digital signage and other platforms ensuring they feature high-quality, engaging content. Maximise content opportunities from events such as Town Halls, conferences, SYNLAB Excellence Awards, Symposiums, lab tours and VIP/ministerial visits. Build a strong internal network to proactively identify and share compelling stories from across the business. Produce, write and deliver internal and external content campaigns that complement wider Communications team initiatives. Create high-quality multimedia content for a range of digital platforms.
