As Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled operators and you will champion best practices, drive continuous improvement, and play a pivotal role in developing our production standards and capabilities. You will take full responsibility for: Lead and manage the production department to ensure efficient and effective operations Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products Optimise the utilisation and value of existing resources, equipment, and assets Drive, improve, and sustain Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across all lines Implement practical Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives An experienced Production Supervisor, Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager you will have gained experience in a growing manufacturer.
