Salesforce Administrator
with strong expertise in
Service Cloud . Experience Cloud is preferred and Marketing Cloud is highly advantageous.Responsibilities
Support Service desk team for any Level 3 issuesManage Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, flows, and approvalsAdminister users, roles, profiles, and security settingsCreate reports and dashboardsMaintain data quality through cleansing and deduplicationEnvironment refresh activitiesCollaborate on integrations and AppExchange implementations (if any)Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvementsRequirements
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience
(Service Cloud
MUST , Experience Cloud preferred, Marketing Cloud (nice to have))Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin a plus)Strong skills with automation tools (Flows, etc.)Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, etc.)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
