Sales Finance Business Partner1 year Fixed Term ContractNomad foods is home to iconic brands such as Birds eye, Aunt Bessies and Goodfella Pizzas.As Europe''s leading frozen food company we are proud of our passion, innovation and commitment to excellence.About the role:We are excited to be hiring a Sales Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team in our Woking head office supporting our Birds Eye brand on a 1 year fixed term contract.Act as a trusted partner and advisor to the business area and client group supported and drive business performance by providing detailed and insightful analysis, commentary, advice, challenge and decision support.Provide key support in either customer or supplier meetings and negotiations, by providing insights, analysis, challenge and recommendations.Responsibilities:Partner the Sales teams to deliver Financial targetsDevelop an in depth understanding of the client group supported together with its results and the key levers that influence Pand L performance for that area/group Understand the drivers of historic, current and forecast performance for client group and provide monthly financial analysis, insight and explanation of performance, highlighting emerging issues or trends and making recommendations on corrective actions Partner with client group to drive actions to meet targets (pricing, promo ROI, sales, margin, ROI etc)Advise on key business planning assumptions, trade-offs and opportunities.Ensure SOX Compliance across all are
