Key Responsibilities Your duties will include: Acting as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives on site. Supporting the administration and management of subcontractor agreements and purchase orders. Monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with programme requirements and project specifications. Coordinating site logistics, inspections, deliveries, and construction activities. Preparing project reports, documentation, and correspondence relating to progress and contractual matters. Working closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and site teams to resolve operational and commercial issues.
