The work here is as varied as it is high-quality: sales and acquisitions, development projects, funding transactions, leasing, and all aspects of commercial conveyancing. You’ll handle complex, high-value deals that will challenge you technically, while also playing a key role in shaping the team and its future direction. This isn’t just another senior role — it’s a Partner-in-waiting opportunity, where the pathway to progression is clear and the support is already in place.Responsibilities

Lead and manage high-value commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, development projects, funding transactions, leasing and all aspects of commercial conveyancing.Handle complex deals and contribute to shaping the team’s direction.Lead, mentor, and train junior colleagues; work with Partners on strategy and growth.Build client relationships under your own name and take ownership of business development initiatives.Opportunity and Leadership
