Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire

Pay Rate: £12.96 - £14.18 per hour

Shift Patterns: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or  or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated VNA and Reach Truck Drivers to join our client''s dynamic warehouse team in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity to become a vital part of a fast-paced and efficient logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating VNA and Reach trucks safely and efficiently for the storage and retrieval of goods in narrow aisles and at height.
- Operating PPTs for the movement of pallets and goods within the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation and safe handling of goods.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with goods in and quality control procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily targets.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Valid and current VNA licence is essential.
- Valid and current Reach Truck licence is essential
- Proven experience operating PPTs.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to health and safety.
- Reliable and punctual.
